Arthur Bishop was one of, if not the, best hitman in the business.

Then one day things went wrong, badly, badly wrong. He cleaned it up, because that's what he does, and then he disappeared.

Of course, rumors of his death have been greatly exaggerated, and while he might not have had a handler, or a regular nine to five job like some people, he still had connections and he still had a lifetime of skill.

Somewhere along the way he stopped taking people to the cleaners, so to speak, and started teaching them how to avoid it. If you know how to contact him, if you need him, he'll be there to teach you how to survive.
